GetKredit is a fintech platform that simplifies access to real estate and its financing needs - acting as a one-stop partner connecting lenders, developers, and buyers.

I have been working with various real estate companies as an exclusive Investment Banker in raising capital through Private Equity, NBFCs, and other institutional channels, both at project and portfolio level, with a track record of closing transactions exceeding US $5 billion. My experience spans leadership roles in Merchant / Investment Banking, REITs, M&A, and Corporate Advisory.

Before founding Klaxon, I led capital-raising and advisory mandates for prominent clients at a Category -I SEBI registered Merchant Banking firm, HSBC Investment Banking and Colliers International, serving key various sectors including real estate across markets in India.

With an MBA in Finance & Marketing, combined with a blend of Corporate Law, I bring a strategic, structured, and forward-looking approach to complex financing challenges—driving sustainable growth for clients.

At GetKredit, I’m drawing on this experience to build an integrated platform that streamlines credit access for clients and transparent real estate making it efficient for all the stakeholders.

My career began as Design Engineer, followed by Investment Banking (M&A) post completing MBA from IIM and then shifting more challenging role at Colliers International, where I led mandates in Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Over time, I’ve gained deep insight into how financial institutions, investors, and developers interact across India’s real estate landscape—and how strategic capital allocation drives sustained growth.

With a background in engineering and finance, I apply an analytical and pragmatic approach to structuring deals. Having worked extensively in real estate across micro-markets in India, I create transactions that are financially robust and strategically meaningful for all stakeholders.
